How it works

One visit to get started, then your Health Ally takes it from there.

Pinebank Health Allies are real people who have been working in healthcare for years. They know how the system actually works, so you don’t have to figure it out yourself.

1. A short visit

Before your Health Ally can begin, you’ll meet with one of Pinebank’s physicians. It’s how we learn your history and what you’re actually dealing with. This visit doesn’t replace any of the doctors you already see.

2. Meet your Health Ally

Next you’re matched with your Pinebank Health Ally who already has your notes and will be the one you reach out to from here on out.

3. Reach out anytime

Your Pinebank Health Ally will get back to you as soon as possible. If they don’t know the answer, or need time to figure something out, they’ll let you know that, too.

4. We handle it

Appointments, insurance, paperwork, referrals, equipment, benefits you didn’t know you had. If they need something from you, they’ll get it ready for you and make it as easy as possible.

What it costs

Covered by Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans

Pinebank is billed to your insurance through care management codes like Principal Illness Navigation or Community Health Integration, depending on your situation. The rules and patient responsibility vary for MA plans — your Health Ally will review your costs before anything starts.

Worth knowing

Pinebank starts with a visit with one of our physicians, who sets up your navigation services. We’re not your primary care doctor and we don’t replace your specialists.

We’re not an emergency service. If something is urgent, call 911.

Ready when you are.
